No. I'm the one building your product — no juniors, no subcontractors. I use AI tools extensively to move faster, and I have a library of battle-tested components I reuse across projects, which is why I can deliver in weeks, not months. If a project needs a skill outside my expertise — say, branding or 3D — I bring in a trusted specialist from my network.

Every project includes 30 or 60 days of post-launch support (depending on the contract) for bug fixes and iterations. After that, you can book one-off feature requests at a fixed price, or go on a monthly retainer for ongoing development and maintenance.

50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can split into milestone-based payments. Monthly installments are also available. No hourly billing — you always know the total cost upfront.

You own 100% of your project's code and can deploy it wherever you want. However, I use a library of proprietary components (my own monorepo) that I license for use in your project — similar to how you'd use any third-party library. You get the full source of your app, but not my internal reusable codebase.
